Cà rốt rửa sạch, gọt vỏ, tỉa bông rồi cắt lát nhỏ dày khoảng 5 mm. Nấm đông cô, rửa sạch, lấy phần tai nấm.
Sò điệp rửa sạch, để ráo, ướp với 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu và 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm cho thấm.
Phi thơm tỏi băm với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn thì cho cà rốt vào xào. Khi cà rốt mềm, thì cho sò điệp vào xào cho đến khi sò điệp chín thì cho nấm đông cô vào, sau cùng cho bông cải xanh. Xào thêm 3-5 phút, thì nêm 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, đảo đều cho thấm gia vị rồi tắt bếp.
