Đầu tiên hòa bột sắn dây vào 1 chén nước, sau đó để lắng một lúc rồi đổ vào nồi qua một cái lọc để chặn bớt sạn. Chuối bóc vỏ, cắt lát.
Tiếp theo đổ thêm bột đậu nành vào, khuấy đều lên. Đặt nồi lên bếp và bật lửa.
Nấu cho hỗn hợp bột đến đặc quánh vào nhau. Cứ liên tục khuấy, cho đến khi hỗn hợp bột sánh mịn. Bột sôi khoảng 5 phút là chín.
Rửa sạch lá chuối rồi cắt nhỏ, cuộn thành hình phễu và nhét vào cốc. Bột sau khi đã nguội bớt, cho một muỗng bột vào khuôn, xếp chuối cắt lát xung quanh.
Sau đó tiếp tục đổ bột vào đầy khuôn. Đậy nắp lại và đem để trong tủ lạnh khoảng 4 tiếng.
Đến khi thạch đông chặt lại là có thể mang ra ăn rồi. Nhìn ngon và hấp dẫn không kìa!
